CAN I EDIT THE BOOKMARK TEMPLATE EASILY?
Basic knowledge of the required application (Microsoft Word, Publisher, or PowerPoint) is needed to make changes to the templates. If you are having problems figuring out something, please contact me via Etsy messaging.

WHAT CAN I EDIT ON THE TICKET TEMPLATE?
You can edit the wording, color of text, and shapes, and replace the image placeholders.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE COLORS & IMAGES?
Editing instructions are included, Shapes with a solid color or gradient can be edited. If the background is an image, the color cannot be edited. However, you can change the background image.

CAN I EDIT THE SIZE OF THE TEMPLATE?
Yes, you can. Send me a request for the instructions.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU RECOMMEND?
I recommend using 80lb Offset Stock (matte paper).

BEFORE PURCHASING THIS TEMPLATE:
- Make sure you have Microsoft Word or Publisher installed on your personal computer (MAC or PC). Do not try to edit the program on the web versions or tablet versions of these applications.

Word and Publisher Templates must be opened on a Personal Computer using the Desktop version of Microsoft Word or Publisher. The web or mobile versions cannot be used. NOTE: Publisher is only available on Windows PC. A Chromebook only uses the Web version of Microsoft Office and therefore cannot be used.

The fonts used in a Word and Publisher listing must be downloaded using the links provided in the Help File. The fonts must be installed on your personal computer before using the template. You can also apply another font style to the template if you desire a different look.

Graphics assets are sometimes not included and must be downloaded from their original sources before you can use them in the template. When necessary, the links to these graphic resources are included so that you can download or purchase them. Font installation instructions are also included.
