SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate

Materials needed cotton for outside fabric, and 1/4 yard muslin for lining of bodice and skirt.

This PDF pattern includes instructions with lots of photos and five sheets of pattern pieces.

Outfit is two piece and requires pleating on the bodice. Ruffle skirt is designed to have as many ruffle layers, or as little as you want. Dress shown features four layers of ruffles, and a shorter ruffle on the bodice itself. You can make this outfit with more layers to make a longer skirt.
