Cancellation requests received prior to an order being made will be refunded in full.

If your cancellation request is received after the order is already made but before it ships out, refunds mayl be less any personalized portion, including initialed charms.

PLEASE NOTE:
• please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and ship back within 14 days. Returned items must be in their original condition, and will incur a $3.50 USD restocking fee unless Menuet Designs has made an error with your order.
• Personalized or custom items may also incur charges for components such as initialed charms - unless an error was made by Menuet Designs.
• Customer is responsbile for return shipping charges unless Menuet Designs made an error with the order.
• Returns must be sent through USPS (USA customers) and Canada Post (Canada customers) and NOT through private couriers like FedEx.
• Refunds do not include the original shipping fee unless Menuet Designs has made an error with the order.
• PLEASE NOTE: Contact us for our Returns Address. This address is different from the address on your package.
• Menuet Deigns is not responsible for replacing/refunding an order if the shipping adddress provided was incorrect or insufficient and your shipment was not received.
• Refunds are processed after your order is received back. You may want to insure your return or include tracking as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.

• please allow up to 30 days from the ship date for your order to arrive just in case the shipment was misrouted by the postal service.
•In the event of non-delivery after 30 days, we will send a replacement or refund if the address provided was correct and complete. We do not refund or replace an order if the address provided to us was incorrect or insufficient. (eg. missing a house or mailbox number).

If your jewelry needs repair or replacing within the first month, we will be happy to do so free of charge (depending on circumstance). Please note: we do not offer refunds on jewelry in need of repair.
