Returns & exchanges

You have 24 hours to cancel a custom order. Once the order is started, no refunds will be issued.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, bracelets, necklaces, and accessories may be returned in undamaged condition for refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. If items are damaged in shipping, I should be notified immediately upon receipt. For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned. I want happy, repeat customers and will do anything, within reason, to make that happen. I feel that any problems should be reported to me within 3 days of receiving item. If something should happen to your item from normal wear, I offer free repairs on my jewelry. Just mail it back to me, include delivery confirmation, and I will fix it free of charge, if possible, so long as there are no lost parts. I am sorry that I can't cover loss, but if you lose pieces I will see what I can do to replace them at a minimal charge.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to my shipping error. For me to ship the item back to you, it is $3.50 U.S./$14.50 international and can be paid via PayPal or sent in with the item to be returned/repaired. It is a good idea to return the item via delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me, nor am I responsible for any shipping costs. Package your return carefully and if you are returning an order, please let me know so that I can expect the package and process your refund or exchange in a timely fashion. Refunds will be given when I receive the item and do not include shipping cost.

Shipping policies

Ready made items will ship within 1-3 days of payment being received. Custom orders/made to order items will ship when they are completed. I normally ship first class, insured packages, but shipping upgrades are available at check out.

Orders within the US usually take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on location. International orders have generally been delivered within a week but may take up to 3 weeks.

International orders are sometimes subject to customs tax/fees that are not included in the item or shipping prices. It is the buyers responsibility pay these fees in accordance to the laws of their country. No refunds will be given if packages are not called for or refused because of these fees.
