ABOUT LITTLE BEN'S BUSY BOARD:
Little Ben’s Board is an exciting educational toy. This toy will engage both girls and boys. Whilst playing with Little Ben’s Board your child will develop their fine motor skills and thus their intellect and imagination as well.
Little Ben’s Board is a hand-made toy created with love and all of the parts are brand new.
Little Ben’s Board is suitable for children from the moment they have learnt to sit or crawl and are showing interest in exploring household items, i.e. around 8 months old.
Little Ben’s Board is created based on several observations - what is best for child’s development, which are the things a child would gladly play with and where a certain thing should be placed on the board in order to both attract attention and contribute for child’s development. The elements of Little Ben’s Board are situated on 3 levels:
1. Those which a child can reach while sitting on the floor
2. Those which a child can reach while sitting on their knees.
3. Those which a child can reach while standing on their feet.
Each Little Ben’s Board combines both the aesthetic quality of a toy and the technical quality of a household item.
SAFETY:
In the process of creating Little Ben’s Board we have also been thinking about the safety our children. We have used only child-friendly paint in order to avoid allergic reaction. The board and most of the other elements are made of clean and smooth fir wood. The edges and corners of the board and doors are sanded to a round shape. Each item is securely fastened to the board so your child will never be able to detach them. However, as with any toy, for child's safety, adult supervision is necessary when playing.
The Little Ben’s Board should at all times be fastened vertically. Always remember to attach the board to the wall or any other stationary place before letting your child play with it. This is for the safety of your child as well as for a more efficient use of Little Ben’s Board. On both sides of the board you will find metal loops that can be used to fasten your board on the wall or other place of your liking. You can also make additional holes to secure the board even more.
