I am not responsible for returned items lost by USPS , delivery confirmation must be used. Returned items must be in the same condition I sent them to you. Original shipping costs will not be refunded & return shipping costs is always your responsiblity.

Beads are inspected by me for the highest quality when they are recived here . The color of the beads will be described as true to how I see it in natural light. Color may vary due to different moniters.

I ship 6 days a week. I ship USPS first class mail & utilize tracking whenever available. When your shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated email that will give you the tracking # assigned to your package. International orders are sent USPS first class international with the appropriate customs forms. International orders will not be listed on the custom forms as a gift. International orders that get returned to me because you have refused to pay customs fees if assessed them will not receive a refund of the shipping fees paid. I will refund the money paid for your items only. Recipients are always responsible for any and all additional taxes and or customs fees. Items are carefully bubble wrapped then placed in a padded mailer along with a receipt and or a packing list. I do try to recycle & reuse packing materials when I can. Estimated time from payment of item to receiving your package will be 3-7 days in the USA. International orders can add several weeks to the time frame.
