Climbers require one standard ear lobe piercing. To put it on simply insert the hook through your pierced hole, just like a drop earring. Once you have threaded the ear climber's hook all the way through your piercing, rotate the ear climber up so that the erring travels up your ear lobe. Give it a gentle pinch to keep it snug against your ear. The ear climber should feel secure but it shouldn't be pinching your ear lobe.

Absolutely love this!! Bought this to find out it I want this piercing and I will get it eventually. Great quality and a very good grip/perfect size. I had it on while out rowing, accidentally capsized and it still stayed on, I was so happy it did not float down the Thames.
