Please note, if requested, we create mockups based on the exact details that you provide to us. Once we have your details, we send a mockup for you to review and approve. Upon your approval we create your items exactly as shown on your mockup and as you approved. We are NOT responsible for any spelling errors or any missing personalization details that you may have left out. If this were to happen, we will happily have your order remade with your corrected details at an additional discounted cost to you.
