Description

These beautiful and unique Tissue Box Holders are a great idea for home and office decoration! They are made from Colourful Cypriot Newspapers that have been "rescued" from throwing away from a cafe in Nicosia, and IKEA catalogues. Unique and colourful, they are a MUST for every home!

These unique creations were created with the candy wrapping technique. Each of these unique Tissue Box Covers take approximately 10 hours of work and love to make from start to finish.

Individual pieces of paper are been cut into rectangles and then covered with clear protective film. They are then folded 7 times and then linked together. Once this is done the linked pieces are sewn from the inside and the outside with nylon thread and thus the final shape is done!


It is water resistant - NOT waterproof!
Can be cleaned with a dumb cloth.

Purchased these coasters for my new apartment. Wanted something unique and colourful, which these certainly are. They work great and look beautiful on my coffee table. While shipping took some time because of the distance they were travelling, the shop owner went above and beyond dealing with her post office to provide me with tracking updates. Would 100% do business with this shop again.

Shipping policies

We ship our orders from Nicosia, Cyprus. All our orders come in a bubble envelope, just to be sure that it will reach its destination exactly as I send it. All our orders are shipped as standard mail using the Cypriot Postal Service. Normally, it takes about 10-15 working days for overseas orders (US,Canada,Australia) to be completed. All orders are send using the address provided in the Etsy order. If otherwise, please let us know and we'll be happy to send it anywhere in the world you want.

Some countries may charge customs fees. We cannot guarantee this information, and buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees.

When will my order ship?

Please refer to your Invoice for shipping date. By placing an order you state that you understand the difference between "shipping date", "processing time" and "transit time", and how upgrades are a way to get your order shipped to you sooner. Orders will not be cancelled because customer did not read processing time prior to placing order. I am not responsible if Post Office missed your event date, or if you are not present to accept package and Post Office needs to reschedule delivery, or if you did not place your order with sufficient lead time You have Processing Upgrade options and Shipping Upgrade options, as well as planning accordingly (order with plenty of time). Simply upgrading your order does not guarantee arrival on time for your event.

Shipping vs Transit Time

Due to the large volume of mail I ship, a Courier Service picks up packages daily from me, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and Holidays), and delivers packages to Post Office. These packages are accepted by them, processed and scanned within 24-72 hours. This time is considered part of the shipping days calculated for delivery. Shipping Time or Transit Time begins the moment the Courier Service picks up your package from me and ends when the Service Provide delivers the package to the Customer, this entire process takes anywhere from 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holiday) in Cyprus, and a minimum 14-21 business days International (excludes Customs Processing)

Damaged in Transit

1) Contact me ASAP and send me a photo of the damaged items next to the Post package so I can file a claim with them. 2) Please keep the damaged items in case I am asked to send them to the Post for proof of damage. 3) Depending on how soon your event is, I might be able to send you replacement. I will do everything I can to mitigate the issue, but the reality is, if you need your item in less than 10 business days, any replacement I send may not arrive on time, specially personalized favors. I will let you know what your options are, and at that time, you may choose to take that chance or accept a refund. If you leave negative feedback without allowing me to solve the issue, I will not offer any solution and/or send replacements.
