The X-Wings in the epic space battle of Star Wars Risk are awesome to look at, but can take up too much space on the board. These acrylic stands help to remedy this issue by allowing multiple ships to stack vertically. Plus, nothing is more imposing than a formation of X-Wings heading your way!

Your purchase comes with parts for 20 X-Wing stands. Assembly is simple and requires no glue. For a video guide to assembly please open a separate browser window and copy and paste the following URL:

FAQ
Q: When I'm assembling a stand, I can't get the two pieces to snap together.
A: First make sure you're inserting the peg on the tower piece into the center hole of the base, not one of the side holes. Then, if you're still having trouble, try flipping the base piece to its other side - that usually fixes it.

Q: When I try to stack ships, sometimes the stands are too loose and unstable while other times they're too tight.
A: Due to variations in the acrylic, this sometimes happens.
Too loose: typically if two stands aren't getting along, they'll be compatible with other stands. Mix and match until things fit nicely.
Too tight: remember, when stacking stands the pins don't have to be inserted all the way. Just push the stands together until they're tight enough to be stable, and you're set!

Q: What is this product made of? Is it strong?
A: This product is made of cast acrylic. It is most equatable to the properties of glass: it's generally durable, but brittle and can crack and break if dropped on a hard surface. It can also be scratched with anything abrasive so please handle with care.
This particular product is very small so should have minimal risk of breaking, but should still be treated with care and noted that it is not a toy.

Q: Now that I have the ships in these stands, I hear sound effects whenever I move them. Is that a feature?
A: No, it's actually you making those sounds, but don't worry - that's a normal side effect of this product and all Star Wars games in general.

Q: Can the stands be taken apart once they are assembled?
A: They technically can be, but it is not recommended. The snap-together design is intended to be assembled only once, and taking the stand apart risks damaging the acrylic. Boardgameboost is not responsible for damage caused in this way.

Q: I've received the product, but what are these strange protrusions from each piece that look like the letter "B?"
A: That is a feature of any product from Boardgameboost.com to assist you in the removal of the protective adhesive paper that the pieces ship with. Instead of using a fingernail to get an edge of the paper, simply snap off each "B" piece and the paper will come with it. "B" stands for "break off." See the video linked above for more explanation.

Please message me if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your interest!

WARNING: this product contains small parts and could pose a choking hazard for small children. Please use with care.
