A custom wedding guest book featuring a vintage blue-green mason jar filled with blue hydrangea flowers and calligraphy style text in blue and grey. The cover will be personalized on the front, back and spine. The mason jar can be personalized with last name/wedding date (as shown), left blank or customized to suit. The color of the wording on the cover can be changed if desired.

Your book can be personalized with any wording to suit your preference on the front cover and binding. You can also add a special quote, scripture or other wording to the back cover if desired. There is a picture in the listing of the cover layout as a sample of what's possible. Include the details for customizing your book in the "Note to Seller" during checkout.

This casebound book has a matte laminate cover and includes an attached white grosgrain ribbon bookmark. (Note: your custom printed book will have a small bar code on the bottom of the back cover)
• Large Guest Book - measures 8.25" wide, 10.5" tall and a little over 1/2" thick. It is hard bound with 50 sheets (100 pages) of a heavier 70 lb. opaque text paper. The pages are all blank. This casebound book also has a matte laminate cover. It is bound with head & tail bands and includes an attached white grosgrain ribbon bookmark. There is no bar code on the large book.

Returns and exchange details
It is my goal that you be delighted with your purchase and the service you receive. If there is ever an issue, please contact me and I will make amends as the situation allows. Because most all of the items I offer in my Etsy shop are customized and made when ordered, returns or exchanges are not accepted for the majority of items. Be assured, however, that I am always happy to work with my customers if an issue with a purchase arises. Details by type of item are listed below. ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓

PRINTED STATIONERY AND OTHER PRESS ITEMS:
In general, due to the nature of the product, refunds are not given for custom printed items. If your printed item(s) arrived damaged or there are flaws from the printing process, please contact me *upon receipt* of the items with a photo of the damage or issue so I can arrange a re-print. A replacement for damaged or flawed items will be made. A replacement will also be provided if I made an error on your custom/personalized printed item(s). Return of the damaged, flawed, incorrect item is not required.

DIGITAL/PRINTABLE FILES:
In general, due to the nature of the product, refunds are not given for customized/personalized digital purchases that have been commenced, approved and/or delivered. I will, however, work with you to provide a replacement if I made an error in creating/producing your file(s).
*Refunds will not be given for Instant Download digital files.*

WOOD ITEMS/CAKE STANDS:
Refunds will be given for regular stock items purchased within 3 days of receipt. Return postage must be paid by the buyer and items must be returned to me complete and in their original condition before refund is made.
Custom made wood items will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT:
Replacement or refund requests for items damaged during shipment are to be made within 48 hours of receipt of the item...we'll be working at a distance, so please document damage to box, packaging and item by photograph in order to expedite the process for shipping insurance claims.
Refund requests for lost items require a 15 day wait by USPS before an insurance claim is honored. (An item is considered "lost" by USPS if the tracking has not been updated to a delivered status).

PROOF APPROVAL:
Many printed items require approval of a digital Proof prior to finalizing and printing. Digital Proofs are sent for printed invitation and guest book orders as part of the process. Proofs are sent via the Etsy Conversations system and all communication regarding proofing and finalizing takes place via Etsy Conversations. If you do not approve a Proof for print and the time to have your order printed and delivered to you is close to your event, one of two things will happen:
1) if all of the information needed to produce your order was included on your order and appears to be complete and correct as far as can be known, your order will be printed with the information provided at purchase.
2) if your order is missing information required or appears to be incorrect as far as can be known, your order will be cancelled and a refund (less any design time that has been incurred) will be provided.
If you are slow to respond to request to review a digital Proof of your order, please do keep in mind that it will also delay printing and delivery of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS:
You may cancel your order and request a full refund within 12 hours of purchase if no work has commenced on your custom item. Full refunds will not be given if work has commenced on a custom item purchase before a request to cancel is received. Refunds for work that has commenced will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for cancellation requests initiated by a customer will be processed within the time frame of 3 business days.
Instant Download purchases can not be cancelled as the file is made available immediately.

Paper goods are packaged to protect against moisture and humidity in transit. Most orders ship by USPS Priority Mail although larger purchases may be sent by FedEx or UPS. Shipping upgrades are available by special request.

WOOD ITEMS:
After your purchase you will receive a personal note including the intended ship date for your package thru the Etsy convo system. When your item(s) ship you will receive a message and email giving specifics as to the shipping and delivery of your item.

Most items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Your domestic postage for a package will always include Delivery Confirmation and custom wood items are shipped insured. More expensive items are shipped with Signature Confirmation. I wrap and package all items for shipment with proper care and respect of delicacy. I prefer paper for cushion but do use some bubble/styro to protect some items. I try to avoid styro packing peanuts if at all possible.

Your information for customizing personalized purchases such as invitations, guest books or gift items should be put in the "Note to Seller" section during the Etsy checkout process so they will come to me on your order.
Standard production times can be found in the "Shipping" tab on each listing. Note that production time ("ready to ship by") is the time it takes to create your order so be sure to factor in shipping time as well. Most printed orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days if digital Proofs are approved promptly.
