We will ship your item/s according to the chosen shipping method that is chosen at time of checkout.

Once an order has shipped, we can not guarantee USPS delivery times. We can only go off of the estimated delivery date that is given by USPS at the time of shipment. If your order does not arrive by the date it is needed, we will not provide a refund or discount for the item/s. Please make sure your item/s are ordered in plenty of time for us to process your order and for shipping times.

All orders marked DELIVERED by USPS that are lost or stolen are not refundable. 

Please note, after your package is shipped, we do not have any control over it. You will need to contact your local post office of any issues.

Please make sure your address is correct at time of checkout. We will ship to the address that was provided on your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address. If your package is returned to us, you will need to pay to have your package reshipped.

International shipping times vary depending on USPS and Customs regulations. The buyer is responsible for any custom/VAT fees that may occur in their country. We are not responsible for these fees.

****We DO NOT send out proofs/mock ups for our items unless it is requested from the buyer after your purchase has been made. We have numerous orders being processed and shipped daily and will not provide a proof/mock up without a request. If a proof is requested, it will come with 10 proofs. If you need more than 10 proofs, there is an Add On Listing to request more proofs. As long as you have all of the information needed in order to process your order, it will be completed without contacting you. If there is information missing in order for us to complete your order, you will be contacted through Etsy Messages Only (we do not contact you by phone or personal email). Also, please remember that proofs/mock ups are computer generated images, NOT the actual printing. Proofs/mock ups don't take into effect the actual shirt size or printing size. The actual printing will vary from the preview received.

If proofs/mock ups are sent to us (that you created), we will try our best to recreate the products. Your items may not turn out exactly how they were sent to us in regards to sizing/colors/font choice as there is only so much that we can do without having the actual file/s (not shown on an item) available to us.****

****Please make sure to read the item details and enclose any and all information that is needed in order for us to customize your item/s just the way you want. If you want text or an image to be a specific size, please also indicate the size. If all of the information is not sent, your item/items will be made off of the information that was sent (unless there was missing information to complete your order). If we are unable to receive the information needed in order to process your order, it will be shipped blank on the scheduled ship date.****

****Each product is printed individually, so if multiples are ordered, there may be slight differences in them but we try our best to get them exactly the same.****

****We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges or refunds on custom or personalized items.****

****All of our items are done with Heat Transfer Vinyl or sublimation (depends on the material of the apparel chosen), NOT embroidery. Sublimated items may show up slightly lighter in color (a more faded look, but the printing/wear will last a long time).****

****Image/Picture prints will only be able to be printed about the size of a piece of paper give or take the height and width of the image being printed. If done in a solid color, we will be able to use vinyl and make the image/logo bigger.****

****Color Disclaimer:
The color/s of our item/s may appear differently on different monitors. We do not guarantee that the item/s colors are the same exact of what you will receive due to this. If you are unsure about the color/s, please send us a message. We will me more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.****

****If a logo is sent to us and there is no color options picked from the buyer from our color options (in listing pictures), we will pick a color from our color options. There is a possibility that it may not be the same exact color as you logo, just depends what color the logo is and if we have it available. If we don't have that exact color, we will choose a color from our options that is in that general color scheme.****

****The printing color options may appear differently on different colored apparel.****

****Coupon codes are ONLY for purchases made at the time of checkout. We will not apply coupon codes to previous orders.****

****Sale items are only on sale at the time of the sale. We will not refund any money for purchases made prior to the sale starting or after the sale has ended.****

****Please DO NOT cut open your packages, our poly mailers are easy to rip open. You don't want to risk cutting your item/s. We are NOT responsible for items that were cut.****
