Renata was great and answered all our questions quickly, the lights came very quick too, even from Poland. The packing was tremendous and had all the mailmen guessing what was inside! If you are hesitant in ordering these don't be, these lights are beautiful.

we bought two matching pendent lights from Sponndesign, and they arrived within the time promised perfectly and securely packaged. the unwrapping worked smoothly, they used card board and woodfiber filler to secure everything, which was a pleasant surprise... no styrofoam at all!!! once unwrapped, i was impressed by the lamp's natural beauty in material and refined craftsmanship. everything was fit to work for the U.S. standards, and the hanging and mounting process was easy. We LOVE the lights and the gorgeous mood it radiates; whether off or illuminated. THANK YOU!!!!!
