All of the items in my shop are made by hand by me and my small team.

We use PayPal or Direct Checkout.

Delivery time is about 2-3 weeks.

Production time is 15 to 30 days, (depending on the dress) after receiving payment.
Rush Options reduce production time.

Please purchase your gown at least 2 months prior to the date you will need it to arrive. Please don't wait until the last minute. :)

All our dresses are made-to-order (custom made) for each customer. It's the customer responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Your dress will be sewn specially for you and for your own measurements. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate returns.
Please note, we are not responsible for false or misleading provided measurements.

Not custom made dresses, could be returned in 14 days. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it in it's original condition and receive a full refund, minus shipping costs

There are a few criteria that must be met:
1. Item must not be worn. It's customer responsibility to contact us as soon as possible.
2. it must be in the original condition, with all tags attached.
3. It must have no odor (body, home, pet, fabric refresher)
4. It must be sent back through a major carrier (FedEX, DHL, TNT, EMS), with tracking number.
Return cost are to be paid by customer.
