This shop uses the United States Postal Service.

Items like pins are packed the right way: bubble-wrapped to protect not only the pin, but the pin posts! Some sellers use machinable mail to ship pins just to save a little money. The results are mushed and mangled pins. Not at Hikikomori Made!

Free Shipping: security letter envelope; no tracking. For flat items.
USPS First Class: item is bubble-wrapped and sent in a mailer; tracking automatically included.
-keep out of prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
-if wet, dry immediately
-look out for hazardous materials (don't get bleach, acetone, etc. on the goods!)
-patches: it's best not to put on garments that are frequently washed
-show it off every chance you get!!!

Please note, once a package ships, I no longer have control over it.

It is recommended you do the following:

1) log in to Etsy & verify the address given for the order.

2) Wait a few days.

3) Ask your neighbors & household members if they may have received your package.

4) Ask your mail carrier & contact your local post office as to the whereabouts of your package. Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered, but do not reach their destination until a few days later, or are not scanned at every stop. Mistakes can happen.

5) If you suspect theft, file a report with the Police and USPS.

CONFIRMED AS DELIVERED
After 7 days, contact USPS by
1) calling your local post office again;
2) filing a missing mail claim at usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm &/or call 1-800-275-8777

If you did not receive a satisfactory answer from USPS after doing the above, file a theft report with the Police and USPS. Send me a copy of the reports for a full refund.

APPEARS TO BE STUCK IN TRANSIT
If after 30 days from contacting the seller, the package cannot be located, the customer will be given a full refund.

If the USPS reroutes the package back to the seller, the customer will receive a full refund when it is received by the seller.

This shop does not do replacements for missing/lost mail.
This shop uses Etsy Shipping, which has limited tracking on international orders. Please bear in mind that your package may get held up in customs, either because the process is slow, or it is being held because there is a fee on it that needs to be paid.

International orders from the US may take up to one to three months to reach their destination. Please be patient. If you feel your package is taking far too long, please contact your post office and send me a message through Etsy.
First, please send the seller a few photos:
1) at least 1 photo of the packaging
2) at least 2 photos of the damaged item (at least 1 of the whole item and at least 1 of the damaged area(s))
Please make sure the photos are in focus and lit fairly well.

Second, send the items back to the seller. Customer pays shipping fees. The items must be sent through First Class parcel post. The item must be sent in the condition it was received. Please send the tracking number by email or Etsy Conversations. When the item is received by the seller, the replacement will be sent. The tracking number will be sent by email & Etsy conversations.

One of a kind items cannot be replaced. A partial refund may be issued as determined by the seller.
Honestly, I don't know. What I do know is that United States Postal Service Parcel Shipping automatically includes tracking, regardless of destination. In other countries, tracking is an add-on feature.
