Can l get a custom order?

l'm here to create your dream item. l can paint any design on a t shirt, pair of shoes or tote bag. l can make decoration items that match your environments. l can make a personalized tiny shelf including your fav books and embellishments. Just tell me what special item you want and l can gladly make it for you. You can get personalized wedding gifts, birthday or anniversary gifts etc.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my packages are hand made and plastic free. Even if you don't ask for gift wrapping, l pack them in a lovely and aesthetic way.

Hand painted items may sound fragile but actually they aren't! My hand painted t shirts and totes can be washed with your regular clothes, no need for extra care, the paint on the items are quite durable and permanent.Design doesn't wash off or fade away. Just don't wash them above 40 celcius for more than once! Washing at 30 degrees is recommended.

How long does it take to receive your item?

I do my best to make the item and ship fast after you place your order. Each item is made to order so l don't have anything ready in stock. You place your order - l make the item - then l ship. I do my best to make it super fast. l ship with my national shipping service because it's the safest as it's under government guarantee. They never lose the package and both you and l can track it on the screen because it's international registered. They direct the package to your national shipping provider (In the US it's USPS) once it enters your borders. You receive your item around 10-12 days after l ship.

Why no return or exchange?

It's simply because l make it customized for you! lf you decide to give it back, there's noone l can sell it to again - that would put me in a hard situation. You can of course ask for refund if your item does not arrive in good condition or you get something different than you had ordered. I've opened my Etsy shop in 2014 and no customer wanted to return their item in 10 years :) You get exactly what you see in the pictures. lf you have further questions about the item, feel free to ask, l will gladly reply to your message asap.

Design and the bag itself are machine friendly and durable. The paint does not fade or crack when washed.

Care instructions:
wash at 30 celcius - do not use fabric softener - low heat drying is recommended

You can get the design any color you want - send me a message if you want customization on the color of the words.

I absolutely love the John Waters bag I got from Sezen :) The handwriting is very nice and the quality of the bag too. Even though it took quite a while to get to Spain, it was well worth the wait. I totally recommend her products if you want an original gift or tote bag :D Alex
