Title : Never Ending Story

I imagined the eye when it is drawn into the exciting story, like being drawn into the vortex. I carved wax and made this by lost wax casting. Finished with a combination of high polish and satin finish. This is the 4th piece in 'Arabian Nights' series. The project was to make 6 pendants with one theme. So I choose 'Arabian Nights' as my theme since I've always been mesmerized by the beautiful patterns, colors and architecture of Middle Eastern art. Also, 'Arabian Nights' was my favorite book in childhood. It’s very imaginative, has lots of humor and wit!

In this series, I was dreaming of romantic Arabian Nights with the stars and moon in the dark sky.
