Vintage Flower Pill Box Style Hat From Hudson's Detroit c. 1960

Back in the day, you would wear a hat like this to church or to special events. The hat is styled to look like carnations with an interesting black feather net that goes over the top. The net was probably kept in place with a hatpin as it is not attached to the hat. The hat is in great clean condition coming in the original Hudson's box. The box itself is a little ripped up on the lid but the original tissue and the side straps are still there.

I'm not sure what the size is but the measurements are as follows: a little less than 7" front to back, about 6 1/8" side to side and approximately 20 1/4" circumference. It is about 6 1/4" tall.

It's difficult to find vintage hats like this in decent shape anymore. Don't miss out on this one.
