Wrote the shop multiple times to request an ETA. When shop did respond (days later) I felt as though I was bothering them due to their comments. Was suppose to ship on the 2nd didn’t ship until the 9th which I would have been okay with if I was just told that instead of being lied to. Finally received my item 9 days after shop claims it was shipped which has NEVER NEVER happened to me before. Requested a headband and received a bow which is really inconvenient since my daughter has no hair for the bow which is why I requested the headband. The bows on the shirt isn’t as pictured. Thought the bows would be green and purple but it’s only purple. Had bad horrible costumer service with the owner. Overall This was the worst experience that I have had on Etsy.
