The digital invitations are not an Instant Download. Once you purchase, please see the listing instructions and leave the details for the invite and email the photo if necessary.

I do not sell editable templates. All of my invitations are customized by me and then I edit/email to buyer in 1-2 business days.

Make sure to check the file size of the invite in the Details section of the listing. Some are 4x6 and some are 5x7. Print with "borderless" or "actual size" settings to maintain correct sizing and quality.

Instant Downloads are available as soon as payment is processed. It generally takes 1-5 minutes to be available to download through Etsy. Look for your purchase and you can select the download file option.

Invites and custom orders are on a 1-2 business day production timeline. My business days are Mon-Fri. I occasionally work weekends but I am a busy mom as well :)

Order Expectations:

Order Monday - Expect by end of day Wednesday
Order Tuesday - Expect by end of day Thursday
Order Wednesday - Expect by end of day Friday
Order Thursday - Expect by end of day Monday

Some customized orders (color change/new design) can take upwards on a week. I will work with you though on your timeline as well.

I recommend selecting the JPG format if you are using a printing service such as Costco, Walgreens, Target, or Walmart. If you are printing on a photo printer, JPG is the best bet.

I recommend the PDF option if you are printing on cardstock. Printers such as Office Depot/Max and Staples prefer the PDF option. I use them regularly and it looks great!

Instant download orders do not send me a notification of any notes or questions. I highly recommend you email me prior to purchase as instant downloads are not refundable. Often times, a certificate is wanted but in another color/design. Do not purchase one unless it is the one you want. An additional charge will be required for a separate design as it is two different products.
