This gift wrap is based on an actual watercolor painting and is part of our 2016 abstract collection and perfectly complements Pantone's colors of the year, Rose Quartz and Serenity. It is wonderful as a wrapping paper but also looks fabulous framed and hung as art.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchange details
If you're not happy with your item, you can return it unused and in its original condition and packaging for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. Returned items will not be accepted if the packaging is broken or the seals are torn or tampered with.

Please contact us for the return shipping address. Please note that all return packages should be sent using delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost by USPS; refunds are only issued once the item(s) are received back in good condition. Please contact us BEFORE returning an item so that we know that it is coming back and we can watch for it.

If your item is damaged during transit to you, please contact us to discuss the possible options to replace or refund your order. Please keep ALL packaging materials associated with your order, because photographs of the damaged contents and damaged packaging are required by the USPS for filing insurance claims.

We hate to wait for online orders, too, so we begin to process your order as soon as it is received. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations to your order once it has been placed. Please take the time to review your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days. We'll be sure to contact you if an item you ordered is out of stock or is expected to take longer to ship.

Once we deliver the package to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), Revel & Co. can no longer be held responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays in delivery due to weather or other causes that are beyond our control. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for postage costs for delayed delivery or misrouted or lost packages as a result of a failure on the part of the USPS or FedEx/UPS. Only Express Mail packages are eligible for refunds for missed or late delivery. Please contact us if you require insurance or expedited shipping, and we'd be happy to help.

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order, as well as a tracking number. Please note that we will not replace or refund a package if the tracking shows that it was delivered. Please contact your local post office for help in locating missing packages that have been marked as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes, which vary widely by country. Delivery by first class mail to most foreign countries takes approximately 3 weeks and may take up to 7 weeks for some countries. Buyers in Brazil are warned that the vast majority of packages sent to that country DO NOT arrive. If you live in Brazil and choose to place an order, you accept the risk that your package may not get to you. We will not replace lost or stolen packages sent to Brazil.

During the busy holiday season, expect packages to take at least an additional 1-2 weeks (or longer!) to be delivered. Please plan accordingly when ordering items for the holiday season.
