I gave Etsy my wrong address, can you re-ship my item using the correct address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address on a package after it has shipped, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We can try to contact the USPS to re-route your package, but that doesn't always work too well. Please double-check your address before ordering!

When will my pre-order ship?

In most cases, we start taking pre-order sales for our pins when we know they're in production. Production usually takes a couple of weeks before they're shipped to us. Generally, we put the time from order placement to delivery at just around three weeks.

Why is shipping to the UK/Canada/(enter country here) so expensive?

The easiest and most cost-effective shipping service for us to use is the USPS, and unfortunately we don't control the rates for international shipping. We are constantly looking into ways to bring the cost down, but the USPS doesn't give much wiggle room. They're quick to send packages back to us if even the most minor condition is met; so when we find ways to consistently ship packages successfully, we try to stick with it. The current rates are the current lowest rates that we know have the greatest chance for successful delivery.
