This is an original little oil painting from my 2009 series. This is #8 in the series, titled "What Happened?" I dunno...wha happen? Why the funny shape of the icy lake? Why is there no snow anywhere else? What happened?

It measures about 4 inches across. The painting is signed, dated, numbered and titled on the reverse. There is a sawtooth hanger on the back which makes hanging very easy.

The sides have been stained a glossy red mahogany brown and the surface of the piece is, as you can tell from the pictures, part shiny and highly reflective (the land) and part low-gloss/matte (the water/ice). I had a really hard time taking decent pictures that would display the colors on the shiny surface, but I hope you will get the idea....

These one-of-a-kind little paintings are nice to hang in a cozy nook or small space in your home, above your desk, or any spot where you need a little window to another land.
