Returns & exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with the product you receive and would like a replacement item please notify me within 7 days of the delivery date, if it has been outside the the 7 day window, unfortunately I can no longer replace the item. Note the above shipping policies regarding items damaged and lost in the mail. If you would like to return the item, please notify me within 7 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs are at buyers expense. Once I receive the item and it is in re-sale condition I will issue a full refund. If item is not suitable to re-sell (even if the damage is due to shipping), a refund will not be issued.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
-downpayment: non-refundable
-artwork fee: non-refundable after I have started painting
-printing fee: non-refundable after print proof has been approved and item has started printing.

Shipping policies

I offer free domestic shipping and tracking on most pre-printed items; greeting cards do not come with complimentary tracking . Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of custom orders and all international orders.

I do everything I can to prevent merchandise from getting damaged or lost, however, there are times when these things happen. Once a package is shipped I am not responsible for the Items and, therefore, cannot replace merchandise that is lost or damaged. But, let's just hope that doesn't happen :)

Additional policies

Usually the buyer receives between 2 and 3 proofs. A sketch proof (not always) , a design proof and a print proof. Once the print proof is approved by the buyer, It is sent straight into production. Because of this I am no longer responsible for spelling / grammatical errors or any problems with the design of the piece after the print proof has been approved. Please check for errors before approving any and all proofs to minimize any post-print issues.
