My items are made with the utmost care and attention to detail and are beautifully and lovingly packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Please choose your items carefully as I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless items are faulty.
If you receive something that you feel is not in perfect condition please contact me immediately to let me know.

Shipping policies

We will send you an e-mail to let you know when your purchase has been shipped.
Your purchase will be carefully wrapped and shipped via the shipping option chosen Orders will be shipped through Royal Mail Postal Service. The buyer will be responsible for any import taxes.

Tiffany Leigh is not responsible for lost or damaged packages; however, please contact me if there is a problem with your order and I will do my best to resolve it.

Additional policies

If you would like to commission a piece we ask you to write 50 words about yourself, your interests, your favorite colors, anything that will help us to know a little bit more about you and the things you love. If you have items of jewellery that you would like us to incorporate into your piece, you can send us a photograph and we’ll take a look. From there we’ll let you know what’s possible. Many people who have commissioned us have supplied us with jewellery that has sentimental value, we carefully construct these items into a piece with new life. When your piece is completed we will send you a photograph and once you are happy and we have received payment we will forward your special piece in line with our shipping policy.

For commissioned pieces a non refundable deposit will be necessary. Full payment will be required upon completion.
