This was one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever had to deal with on Etsy! I sent several messages with no response from the seller about my purchase etc. and even asked Etsy to help before I finally received anything back from the seller! I was told my items were shipped when actually the weren’t so that added to my frustration! But that being said that once I received my items and even with one arriving damaged I we very happy with the pieces. The seller contacted me after several messages asking how I wanted to handle the matter. And after coming to a decision we settled that problem. I only wish the seller would actually respond to his messages in a more timely fashion so anyone placing further orders would not have to go through what I did!!! At one point I was actually thinking I should just cancel my order!

Disappointed. It looks plastic and is far darker in color than the example images. I selected silver/pewter and it’s almost black. I did not realize the buttons are non functional — I see now it says that in the description (they are just hard resin pieces and do not fit well into the hole they have to be glued on). There is also no predrilled holes to mount to the wall.
