Original Watercolour Hoop Art "Hollow"
6 inch hoop
Watercolour, charcoal & acrylic on raw canvas

This bamboo hoop holds a watercolour and charcoal painting on raw canvas. I sketched chickadees with charcoal, arranged in a circle. They like to give their chickadee friend a lot of unsolicited lectures, yet turn their back on him at the first opportunity. Poor fellow! The back of the hoop is a trim finish (meaning the canvas is trimmed down to the hoop). This piece of art is ready to hang!

Returns and exchange details

I try to be as detailed as I can in product descriptions. With that in mind...

If it arrives damaged: Please let me know immediatly! Heartbreaking, but I know that canada post is not gentle with letters/packages. I will give the full refund, but I must ask that the damaged item be returned to me first :(

If item never arrives to you: I accept this as my problem and will take responsibility for it. Please wait through the delivery estimation (particularly during holidays) fully before making the claim. I will be keeping track.

For a change of heart: I cannot be held responsible for a sudden change of heart for an accurately described item. Please leave enough time for shipment and read descriptions thoroughly! I'm also not responsible for customs/import related fees. Feel free to refuse delivery or otherwise return an item for refund **less shipping fees in this case**

Shipping policies

Currently I am using standard Canada Post, and am able to ship within a day or two.

(Please keep in mind that your country may charge you a duty fee as your purchase goes through customs. I mark my parcels "merchandise" as law requires it.)

Local: 2-5 days
Within Canada: 4-10 days
To USA: 1-2 weeks
International: 2-3 weeks
(according to Canada Post website)

Feel free to contact me about emergency rushes, special instructions, address changes, etc through convo.

Q: Why is shipping so high on art journals?
A: Canada Post is expensive! I usually ship these using Small Packet Air. Unfortunately for fellow Canadians, Small Packet is not available to us and must be sent Parcel Post.

Additional policies

- Completely drug/smoke-free home, though I DO have a cat.
- I do not spray anything with perfume.
- I will try my best to protect them from rain & mail carriers
- Watercolour paper is acid free archival quality.
