The cave is sent folded in box. When you receive the cat cave, take it out of the box straight away and fluff it back into shape. Do not leave it folded in the box for longer than is necessary and it is better to avoid flattening or folding it subsequently if at all possible.

Shipping: registered airmail with tracking number. Shipping time to Europe takes 5 working days, to USA, Canada takes 6-10 working days.

Product Care:

Wool has a natural self-cleaning characteristic, so a full bath is rarely necessary. Wipe dirt and dust off with a clean, dry cloth. Use a vacuum. Wash gently hand wash with lukewarm water up to 30°C with shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Reshaped and air dried. Do not put in the dryer as it will shrink.

The cat cave is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Our cat loves curling up inside it and its a lovely piece of furniture in its own right that is a great addition to our home.
