I will gladly refund and cancel your order, if you have not yet downloaded the files. Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns for digital items that have already been downloaded.

Not all items are meant for printing. PNG files such as embellishments, photo masks, transfers, overlays and paint ore ABR files are meant for use in digital projects only.

These instructions are for the printable items only:
> Please make sure to print the file at “actual size”, NOT fit to page.
> Please keep in mind that the colors on the monitor may differ from the printed item due to various reasons from printer quality to screen collaboration.
> If there is an issue with the color of your print, please consider consulting your printing shop for advice. I cannot provide technical support as printing can vary between vendors, device and print page set-up.

A LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE license for photographers, scrapbookers for hire (S4O/S4H), fine artists, crafters or web designers is available for each product, check the link in the 'USAGE & COPYRIGHT' section of the description. PERSONAL CRAFT PROJECTS & HANDMADE ITEMS can be sold online or at local fairs without purchasing an additional license, ONLY if it is a unique, one of a kind, physcial and handmade item (e.g. a junk journal) and if you credit On A Whimsical Adventure in your videos and listings.

Your order will be available through instant download via your Etsy account, like this: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949; if a pack is too large for the standard Etsy upload size, you will receive a clickable PDF with the download links instead. Just click and download!

Your files are delivered as ZIP files. Usually every computer has built-in unzipping software. After you have downloaded your files on your computer, double click the file or right click and choose 'extract' or 'unzip'.
