This new series of "hope mugs" is guaranteed to bring inspiration with every sip. Delicately designed with pastel colors and inspiring quotes, this mug is perfect as a gift for yourself or someone you love!

This silver ceramic mug holds 11 oz. liquid. This design features a quote that says "Magnify the Positive," on one side and "Diminish the Negative" on the other. (You also have the option to use the similar design on a white mug, just let me know your preference.)

NOTE: Mugs are printed using a process called sublimation - where images are transferred directly to the items using heat and pressure. The prints will not crack or peel. And with proper care (hand washing is preferred) they will last a long, long time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the coating, this silver mug is NOT microwave-safe.

Most of my items are fully customizable so just let me know the changes you want done or photos you want to add via conversation after purchasing the item (or by adding a note).

If you want a special personalized design (that's not found in my listed items), I will be more than happy to work with you until you are satisfied with the image. However, you must provide a sample on how you want the design to look like, you must provide clear instructions, and must purchase the desired product first before we start working on the design.
Due to the nature of the product where everything is customized to fit your needs, I can't accept returns because it cannot be resold. However, if there was an error on my part (wrong design, wrong spelling, etc.) I will be more than happy to replace the item with the correct one.

The turn-around time is quick so I can't accept cancellations within 12 hours after the design was finalized.
All items are packed carefully, well-cushioned with tons and tons of bubble wrap to make sure it arrives to you in one piece. However, once handed over to the postal service, everything else is beyond my control. I will not be responsible for any damages that occurred during transport, and will therefore not issue any refunds because of that.
I use USPS International Priority Mail when shipping to international addresses. However, some countries might require custom fees which will be shouldered by the buyer. This same type of service also doesn't provide point by point tracking information, so the shipping information I will provide will only be customs form number, not the tracking number. So if you use it to track the package most likely it will not provide you any detailed information, or sometimes none at all. But rest assured, the package was shipped and should arrive within 6 to 10 days (or longer in other countries).
