Being that our items are made-to-order we do not except returns or exchanges. YET, if your item is damaged upon arrival please reach out to us directly.

Shipping policies

We pride ourselves on getting out orders out after the 24 hours pending order timeframe. Once you have placed our order you can find things such as your ship-by date, contact information and a special coupon you can use for future purchases Since our items are made-to-order our processing time runs about 2-3 business days. Keep in mind that should you request a custom order, your order may take an additional 2 business day to ensure you receive the perfect order.

Should you need your order any soon than stated above please feel free to contact us at anytime and we will be happy to expedite your order. We can expedite your order in house free of charge yet should you need an expedited shipping option you will need to purchase one of the items below for Priority (1-3 Business Days) or Express (1 Business Day).
