► RETURNED/LOST/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
The buyer is responsible for PROVIDING A COMPLETE AND CORRECT ADDRESS.
► If your order is LOST because of an incorrect shipping address, I am not responsible and will not refund any part of your order.
► If order CAN NOT BE DELIVERED to address provided, or a pink slip is left by the carrier, it is the recipient's responsibility to contact the post office for redelivery or to pick up the item. I will NOT send a new order to a different address.
► If your order is returned because of an INCORRECT shipping address or as undeliverable, and if chocolates arrive back to me in good condition, I will offer to reship your order to another address AT YOUR EXPENSE, I will NOT refund your order.

Orders are filled within 2-5 business days, but can be longer during busy seasons, such as Christmas, Valentines, Mother's Day, and when I am out of the shop. Delivery times will show at check-out, and are only estimated and NOT GUARANTEED.

☀️ ***HOT WEATHER WARNING***☀️ If temperatures are over 100 degrees in the area you are shipping to, even when shipped with gel pack and insulation, melting can occur. I would suggest you wait to order until the weather is cooler in that area.

USPS MUST be able to verify the address. I will contact you if the shipping address provided can not be verified. Shipping to military destinations are volatile, lengthy and the temperature's are unknown. I will NOT be responsible and will NOT replace/refund your order if lost in the mail, shows delivered and not received, or if it arrives melted.

► TRACKING/CONFIRMATION
Shipping Confirmation is added to every USPS Shipment. Your tracking number will be in your shipment notification (E-mail used when ordering) from Etsy.

► U.S. and CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
I want your chocolates to arrive as beautifully as they left my shop. Due to the longer delivery times (approx. 10-15 days), I prefer to ship to Canada and other international locations in colder weather. If you do not see your country available for shipping, please contact me.
