When you purchase your package, I will begin work on it immediately provided it is a BUSINESS day. Business days do not include Saturdays or Sundays as I try and reserve the weekends to spend time with my family. If I am available to do work on the weekends, I will start then.

Proofs will be sent as we go and so a solid form of communication needs to be established whether it is through Etsy's message system or through e-mail. If I do not hear from you regarding your order and seven (7) days have passed, I will cancel your order and refund your money.

Revisions are unlimited PER design. You are allowed to have two overall designs created by me (ending with one total). Any additional designs will incur an extra fee.

Digital prints are done in JPG. If you require a PDF, please message me and I will send you a PDF.

Digital Logo/Branding design will be offered as JPG, PDF and transparent background PNG if needed.

If you have ordered a physical product and it has been shipped and tracking information says delivered but you have not received the item, please contact your local post office or FedEx/UPS hub to determine location. If this occurs, please send me a message before leaving a review so I can try and help the situation as best as I can.

If you have ordered a print and it hasn't shipped, please double check that you didn't order a DIGITAL print. If this is the case, you can download the file or if you would prefer a physical print, send me a message and I can set up a listing for the difference and get your print to you ASAP.

Colors will look different from each person's screen (mobile or otherwise) and occasionally what you receive will have a slight difference from what you may have seen. I will always do my absolute best to ensure that you will get exactly, if not very close to, the color selected in your image.

For custom prints, my current turn around time is approximately 3-5 business days.

For branding and logo design, please message me for current turn around time.

I am known to get work done efficiently and quickly, so you may see your work completed sooner but I am a Mama first and I almost always work with my toddler on my lap so I make no guarantees sooner than my listed time frames.

Once shipped, it may take 2-14 business days to receive your order. I offer free economy shipping, but if you would like to upgrade to expedited shipping (which should take 2-3 business days to deliver) please message me and I will set up the $7.50 fee for you.

I accept cancellations after 48 hours from initial purchase, or from when our correspondence begins.

After that point, since work has begun, only a 50% refund will be offered.

This applies to custom designs as well as branding and logo packages but there are refund tiers as follows:
-Cancel in 48 hours, full refund.
-Cancel in 5 days from purchased 50% refund.
-Cancel 6-10 days from purchase, 25% refund.
-Cancelations past 10 days will receive no refund but shop credit is available.

If during communication I do not hear from you for 30 days, your order will be marked completed and all designs will be kept for up to six months to resume work at a later date.

Our shop being online as well as an international presence can give the notion of 24 hour availability. If you contact me during the week, please allow 24 hours for a response, or if it is the weekend, please wait for my response by the next business day.

Monday: 10am-6pm EST
Wednesday: 10am-6pm EST
Friday: 10am-6pm EST
