All sales are final once your order has been submitted as your order is queued immediately for handcrafting.

Returns or exchanges are not offered due to the hygienic nature of the accessories being worn in the hair. I understand that sometimes accessories may never have been worn or tried on, but unfortunately, I am unable to resell any accessories that have been purchased for hygienic concerns.

Yes absolutely! Please keep in mind that some customization's are quick changes based on the supplies I have on hand and can be done at no additional charge.

If you have a custom request, just message me about what you would like & we'll work together to create it!

All items are made to order, therefore the current turnaround time to handcraft your order BEFORE shipping, beginning the day after your order is placed can be found on the shipping tab:section of each item as well as during checkout. Please Refer to these areas for the item you are interested in for specific production timelines.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays & weekends.

Please take the turnaround time and the transit time into consideration when placing your order.

Orders will ship on or before the schedule to ship date on your receipt.

That's no problem! There are a few options to receive your order quicker.

You may purchase the Rush Production Upgrade to move your order up in queue to be ready to be shipped within 3 business days of the order being received and shipped with normal shipping.

OR
Purchase the Rush Production Upgrade and also purchase USPS Priority Mail at checkout.

OR

USPS Priority Mail can be purchased with any order at checkout and your order will be handcrafted within the normal stated production time indicated on the shipping tab of each item, but will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail once it is completed.

Just use the drop down menu to select the quantity and options associated with the accessory you'd like to purchase.

If only a quantity of one is showing available and you'd like to order more than one, just message me to check availability - I may have additional supplies on hand to make more than one accessory.

Sizing:
A crown of any size can be worn depending on personal preference or the desired look you are wanting to achieve, refer to the detailed information for each crown for sizing guides.

Mini Crowns come with a skinny elastic band in size 6-12 months unless otherwise specified during checkout.

How to wear your crowns:
Crowns can be worn in absolutely any way you would like!

Mini crowns can be worn like a headband, with the skinny elastic behind the ears and styled off centered of the head or right up on top.

Full size crowns can be worn across the forehead, sitting right up at the top of the head or even further back.

Should your crown need to be reshaped, simply warm up the crown slightly with a blow dryer to make it pliable and reshape as needed. Once cooled, the crown will lock back in place.

After smash cake events, you can run your crown under cool water and even use a little dawn dish soap to remove any frosting, pat & air dry.
*For embellished crowns, spot clean only.
