Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
FAQs
On most signs we have other sizes available, just send us a message prior to purchase so we can give you all the details
At our shop we strive to package things to not be damaged. In the rare event your item does arrive damaged. Please contact us immediately, but no later than 3 days after it is delivered. Please also keep the damaged item, packaging and shipping box until we tell you to discard. Also, send us a photo of the damaged item and box it was shipped in.
If your item is returned to us because of incorrect address or non pick-up or any other postal reasons, we will attempt to reach you twice with the cost to re - ship the item. If you do not pay to have the item reshipped then after 14 days we will consider the item abandoned and no refund may be given.
We accept returns on non -customized and non - personalized items. However, there may be a restocking fee. Prior to returning an item you will need to contact us first and receive from us a RMA number. Then the item must be returned within 21 days of delivery date and in original condition. You are responsible to pay return shipping.
We specialize in custom order. We have two graphic designers in house. We also have a variety of different techniques to make your sign and at different budget ranges. send us a message and let us know what you have in mind. With highly skilled artists, 2 laser engraving machines and 2 UV printers the possibilities are endless.
