Almost all items in my shop are MADE TO ORDER - Your item will have a processing time as well as an approx ship date - Please refer to your Etsy invoice for your approx ship date and/or processing time, (the ship date is stated on your Etsy invoice.)
The majority of items in this shop take approx 10 business days (or less) to create from payment cleared (or as stated in the listing,) and then ships out, so please be advised that you also have to allow shipping time to your location, for USA orders this is approx 2 to 8 business days for USA to USA shipping, for international shipping it can be anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks and depends on customs.

Firstly your order will have a CREATION TIMEFRAME - as orders in this shop are made to order, please allow the creation timeframe as stated for your order to be made for you, this is usually approx 10 business days, (or less) and/or as stated on the listing of the item that you purchased. Your scheduled ship date will be as stated on your Etsy invoice and will ship on or before this date, (if more time is needed you will notified via Etsy convo.)
Shipping timeframes for USA orders for most items is approx 2 to 8 business days depending on location and the USPS.
All orders are sent via USPS. You will be sent another conformation message when your order ships. All USA orders will be shipped with tracking in the form of either Delivery Confirmation, or Signature Confirmation (at my discretion.) Signature confirmation is usually only used on more expensive orders and/ or if I feel it is necessary, but is not usually used. If you have a lesser amount order and you want signature confirmation, this must be agreed upon PRIOR to your purchase and will require an additional charge, (for USA customers only,)
International orders vary, and can be anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive once shipped, (for some countries with difficult customs this could be longer,)

If you need your order earlier than as stated in the listings, please convo me PRIOR to purchase to see if a rush order is possible depending on my current work load, (USA customers ONLY,) an upgraded shipping method may be needed for rush orders, (and an additional charge for such required,) please convo me PRIOR to purchase if in need of a rush order (available for USA customer only for rush orders, depending on schedule.)

Some packages (USA bound) may require a signature upon delivery (such as those sent with Express mail or expensive orders) - this is at my discretion to ship this way - if you are requesting signature confirmation for a package that I would not usually ship that way, than an additional charge will be needed, please contact me PRIOR to purchase if needed (option for USA customers only.)

I also do NOT recommend that you have any items shipped to Work addresses, Hotels or Hostels, Gift addresses, Shipping Companies, or Friends or Relatives addresses etc. It is mostly recommended that you have your items shipped to your HOME address. This is to ensure that you receive it safely. If you have items shipped to a work or hotel for example, then it is not delivered to you personally it is delivered to the work or hotel address. The USPS is only responsible for delivering to the work or hotel address, and then the work or hotels 'internal' mail system is responsible for getting it to you, and this is where things can go wrong. It is also possible that a co-worker or hotel worker could damage your package, steal from your package etc, SO please have your items shipped to your HOME ADDRESS. I will not take responsibility for items not shipped to your home address that are damaged, tampered with or internally mis-delivered or lost etc - So please HOME SHIPPING ADDRESS ONLY !!! ***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ***

Please make sure to read fully about International Shipping and the time frame that it takes, and about International customs. International orders are not guaranteed by a certain delivery date, as this is impossible due to international customs. Your order will ship on it's scheduled ship date as stated on your Etsy invoice, (or earlier if my schedule allows,) and the arrival date will depend on the USPS and the customs and local mail of your country. Once your order is due for shipping, the actual shipping time will be between approx 2 to 8 weeks for international. - However I find that most packages internationally arrive in an approx 2 to 4 week timeframe for many countries. Still, Please allow up to a least 8 weeks for arrival once shipped for international.

Sorry tracking is not available for International customers in some countries, as the USPS only offers tracking service for limited international countries. Orders will be sent internationally with first class mail, therefore if the USPS is not offering tracking to your particular country, then I cannot offer it to you since I am using their service. Please be aware of this prior to your purchase, as some international packages can not be tracked on route. An international packages is assigned a CN-22 Customs Declaration number (which is proof of shipping,) but does NOT always track the package on it's journey for some countries. I CAN NOT track an international package in transit if it is not offered, please bare this in mind please PRIOR to purchase, thank you.

Patience is needed if an international package is delayed or stuck in customs, if you do not have the time to wait for an international package to arrive then I advise you to please not order from this shop, I have outlined very clearly how international shipping works and the timeframe that this may take, I have no control over international shipping, custom officials, and the timeframe that this may take. Custom delays are a part of international shipping, if this upsets you then it is best not to order as delays may occur, this could mean that your package could possibly miss the day that you want/ need the item by. Please understand that I cannot guarantee the arrival date of an international package.

IMPORT DUTY TAXES - Also pleased be advised that your international country may also assess import duty/taxes to your items you have purchased, (your package,) this is the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes or duty fees associated with the package. This is not a shipping charge, it is an import tax imposed by your country that you may have to pay to your country depending on the rules and regulations of your country, and the total purchase price of your package, I have very few packages that are charged a customs fee, but it can and does happen sometimes, please be aware of this prior to your purchase, I will NOT pay for custom charges, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. You must pay this import tax fee if your country applies this fee to your package if you wish to receive your package. Seller will NOT pay import taxes for the customer, as this in NOT a shipping charge, this is the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes that are applied by your county. Please check with your local customs before placing an order if you do not wish to pay import or duty taxes to see if they apply for what you are ordering, the amount, or by your country's rules. Returns and refunds will not be accepted due to a customer who refuses to pay import taxes if your country decides to apply taxes to your package.

INTERNATIONAL countries that can take longer than usual for shipping include but are not limited to AUSTRALIA, and CANADA, Most ASIAN countries, and BRAZIL. These countries in particular BRAZIL and some ASAIN countries can take TWO to THREE MONTH + in some cases, or longer sometimes for shipping, Please allow at least 2 to 3 MONTHS for shipping to these countries and order accordingly based on the above timeframes. Brazil in particular has very difficult and long customs clearance, so please be advised. Other countries may also be included in this longer than usual timeframe.
