Returns & exchanges

If an Item is delivered damaged, purchase details are incorrect, or if not received at all please contact me within 5 days of purchase and I will either issue a full refund, replacement or exchange of similar value. In order to prevent fraud, the damaged or incorrect item must be returned otherwise refund will be invalid. If the item is deemed damaged or defective on my end customer will not incur any shipping charges to return item.

Shipping policies

All Processing times for items are listed in each item and may vary. If an item is not able to be shipped within specified time frame the buyer will be notified immediately with updated time frame or refund.

Items are shipped through standard mail and may take up to 5 days to receive depending upon location. Items that are shipping standard mail do not include insurance. There is a listing for an upgrade to priority mail with insurance that can be purchased. Please be aware that once the item leaves my shop and is in the USPS hands I am not responsible, however if an item is lost I will make all necessary reports to post office to try to locate item.

If an Item is needed earlier than standard shipping time frame please feel free to contact me and I will expedite shipping for a reasonable fee.
