We offer custom items upon request. Our door mats come in 4 sizes, these are 60x40cm, 90x60cm, 120x40cm and 70x70cm (circle).

We can cut down any of our mats to the size needed. If you need a size larger than any of the sizes we offer, pop us a message and we can give you a quote!

Don’t see a design for you or have one in mind?
Message us and we can design this for you, a custom stencil charge of £30 will be applied.

In the UK we ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48. For most items ordered before 11am are shipped the same day of ordering, all items ordered after this are shipped the next day.

At the moment we only offer black or grey. We are always discussing new ideas and ways to make our products more exciting so no doubt we will be adding to our colour palette very soon!

If you have received your item faulty or incorrect, we will replace this at our expense.
If you are wanting to return the item due to it not being what you want, just pop over an email and we can discuss.

Unfortunately changes can not be made to our current designs. If you have a design idea in mind, discuss it with a member of our friendly team and we can send over some designs.

Our doormats can only be placed indoors or within well sheltered outdoor spaces such as covered porch areas. If left outdoors uncovered our doormats will become saturated in poor weather conditions.

Our products have a lifespan of 1-2 years, depending on how much care is given. You can help by shaking or brushing your doormat regularly to avoid a build up of coir. This is just shedding due to it being a natural product, don’t stress this won’t happen forever!
