Excellent customer service - I thought my order was lost in the mail, and Tatyana offered to send me another without question. Luckily I found the package, but I was so impressed with the customer service. The swatches will be so helpful when I pick up my wedding dress - can’t wait to order my veil from here, too!

The pearls were falling out of the fabric leaving holes in the tulle and the rhinestones that were glued were falling off with minimal handling, but the plain tulle had no flaws. I’m glad I got the swatches of different types so that was able to see that before making my purchase.
