Worth every cent! The target market report was excellent, the logo and cover photos were fantastic, she worked up a template for a stamp for me and even after we’ve finished the package she is still super helpful! Great work

Where do I begin? Lena is a fantastic woman to work with. Her positive attitude brightens souls all day long. What I really loved about her work too was her absolute professionalism. This girl had it allllll together. I purchased the full brand kit and I am so glad I invested my hard earned money with Lena. She listened to what I needed, and even kept me in line with what she felt was timeless and good recommendations for my package. She answered every single one if my questions and had all the right copyright paperwork all ready to go. It's as if I was hiring a branding firm, not just some random person. I give my highest recommendations to anyone considering using this fabulous lady for her quality, genuine care and utmost professionalism. I will definitely be a return customer (again). Don't question it, just hire Lena.

FAQs
Most of my stickers are designed to be printed at home in black and white to save you some serious moolah! With each download I include a PDF file with all of my best recommendations on printing, paper types, labels, etc. to make everything as easy as possible for you. Please be sure to read all information provided within my listings regarding file types and color. I am happy to help with any questions if I am able!
All digital downloads that do not require personalization or custom design are ready for download through the Etsy platform immediately after payment clears. If you have purchased custom or personalized items, be sure that you have carefully read the item listing and have included the specified information needed to complete your order within the "Notes to Seller" box at checkout. Once you purchase a custom listing I'll send you a message within 24 business hours and we can get together on what we're going to create. If you are awaiting a personalized item for which I have all of the correct information I will send you your personalized files through Etsy message or the email attached to your Etsy account within the specified time frame.
If your order requires the use of your previously designed logo, and your logo image is a PNG, JPEG, or another compressed image format there may be an additional fee assessed in order for me to redraw your logo in a workable, high-quality format. If that is the case I will contact you prior to proceeding with your order. If you have any questions regarding your format prior to ordering, please feel free to shoot me a message and I will happily take a look!
Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds. I will always, however, be happy to work with you to the best of my abilities to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Please feel free to message me at any time!
Free domestic shipping is included with every order! However, the free method of shipping is up to my discretion and may not always include a tracking option. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to paid USPS Priority Mail with tracking please select that option at checkout.
