Got my husband one for our 20th wedding anniversary. He loved it! He put it on his key chain with the first penny I got him after our 1st year together.

If I could have left "0" star rating, I would have selected that. I made a mistake in the year and the response I received was, "We have rules and we stick to them". That is the worst customer service I have every received from an etsy artist. They weren't even wiling to compromise on perhaps discount a replacement, anything would have been better than "too bad". Excellent customer service goes a long way with me.

I'm confused. I just looked at the messages and I have never received anything from this customer. If you put the wrong info and didn't let us know beforehand then yes you will have to pay to buy another one. If it was a mistake on our end we would send another one. We are a small Etsy shop. We can't hand out free items.
