If you are not satisfied with your fabric or other product for any reason, you can return them with a full refund. I use tracking information, so if anything is lost in the mail, I can ship a new product for you.
Shipping policies
All of my fabrics are custom made here in the States. Each fabric order is custom printed and ready to ship in twelve days. You can estimate delivery within 3-5 days after shipping. All tote bags and pillows are ready to ship within five business days. All products are shipped USPS.
