Refunds and Exchanges

---------------------------- DAMAGED PAINTING ---------------------------- If the painting arrives damaged in any way, I will refund your full money immediately even before you ship it back. All you have to do is fill out a damage report at your local DHL office and send me a copy & picture of the damage. ----------------------- CANCEL ORDER ----------------------- ORIGINAL PAINTING & CUSTOM ART - You can cancel your order for original painting up to size 40" within 12 hours & receive a full money refund. PRINT - You can not cancel your order for a canvas print, because each print is a custom order and can not be canceled. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES - will be subjected to 25% restocking-fees & shipping-fees that will be deducted from the refund.

Why do I have to stretch the painting?

Since the painting or canvas print comes rolled up, it has to be stretched on an inner wooden base at your local frame shop. Once stretched it is ready to hang.

Do I have to framing the painting?

Whether or not to frame a painting is up to your interior design. You can select to fame it or not to frame. 50% of the customers frame, 50% doesn't frame. Without a frame is more modern and clean but with a frame it is more luxurious and fancy. It really is a matter of taste. You can send me photo of your room and I'll be happy to assist you.

What is processing time?

It is the time that it takes me to create your art from the first brush stroke untill the painting is finished. Then we wait for the paint to dry. I usually use oil paint which needs time to dry in fresh air. The whole processing time might take 2-3 weeks.

Some of the paintings come in one size only. Other oil paintings are recreations painted by me from my original painting and they come in various sizes. There are also fine art Giclee prints and they too come in various sizes. Please pay attention to the size of the painting or print you order.

What are the charges for undeliverable shipment?

All shipment charges and all fees are applied to the customer if the package was returned to the seller due to incorrect address/phone/etc that were supplied by the customer, or if the shipment was undeliverable because the customer was unavailable, or shipment not collected by the customer for any reason.
