The pika chi was jagged and poor quality compared to the other item I ordered with it. I needed to sand the rough edges to make it safe for my child to receive for Christmas

I'm sorry to hear the order wasn't to your liking. In response, I updated the printing profile for for the item and added a sharp edge warning to the several listings. Hope your child enjoys them, glad to hear the other item turned out okay. :)
