Most Items should be handled with care please^_^ just like anything else that's made with love and care. Items bought here are NOT toys so please treat them with respect. I am only 1 person handmaking EVERYTHING here- not a big company trying to take your money. I WANT you to really enjoy and love anything you purchase from here and I am more than happy to work with you! *If you purchase items for a kid to play with and they break it please DO NOT leave a negative review because they broke it **I've made it clear they ARE NOT TOYS. So it's not fair to leave a negative review due to the recipient not treating items with respect. I make everything with Love and time and they are breakable/NOT TOYS

Custom and personalised orders

Yes I can and usually do custom orders. Even if you don't find something on my shop that is like what you had in mind, please feel free to contact me to see if I can make something special for you! I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Most Items/Charms don't come with chains/ colored cords/ cell phone straps/ keychains. If you would like anything added to an order please leave me a note with the order or contact me^_^ I'll be happy to add one for free.

Lost/Damaged/Broken Items

I am NOT responsible for items Damaged/Broken or Lost due to the postal service! Once I ship items through the postal service I CANNOT control the items OR what postal employees do with packages! *I will however be happy to try to work with you to fix any problems. *I will require a picture for damaged items *IF* I agree to any partial refund. *I'm not a big company- I have bills and mouths to feed like everyone else 💖 I will ask that you speak with the post office near you first for lost items.
