Standard Shipping via Royal Mail ( 2 - 3 working days).

International
International Shipping via Royal Mail ( 7 - 10 working days but this can sometimes take a few weeks depending on custom checks and weather conditions).

Europe - EU
I am no longer shipping to Europe EU countries due to the complexity of customs and packaging licensing fees.

These delivery times are an estimate and do not take into consideration any delays due to customs or busy times of year.

International orders are sent tracked a signature maybe requires upon delivery.

To ensure delivery by a specific date please contact me before purchase to see if this is possible.
Special delivery is only available on UK orders and must be agreed before purchase.


Packaging
Each item will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.


International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any extra fees such as customs fees and taxes.



Lost Orders

UK orders are considered lost after 10 working days after the expected delivery date (please allow 14 working days).

International orders are considered lost after 25 working days after the expected delivery date (please allow 35 working days).
If an order hasn't arrived after 35 working days please contact me.

Replacements / refunds will be sent after these times. Prior to this the postal service consider them still in transit and not lost.

There is a time limit with the postal service provider to inform them of lost/ damage items and this must be done within 2 months. After this time unfortunately I will be unable to offer refunds or replacements as it will no longer be covered or insured by the postal service provider.

Privacy Policy


I Tracey Startin am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.


When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the conversation button on Etsy, I will receive your username and message.


The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.

• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

• To comply with legal or tax obligations.


I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for seven years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.


You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.


In addition to my own privacy policy, if you pay for your order with Paypal, your data will be protected by PayPal's privacy policy.

If you pay directly by card on Etsy, your personal data is protected by the card providers offer by Etsy.
