This was a present for my grandson for his birthday. That is not until Oct but he’s leaving for his first year of college very soon and I won’t see him on his date in Oct. so I gave it to him now. When he opened his present I told him, “That’s a compass and it will always point you the way to get back home now that you’re leaving for college.” He absolutely loved it. I love it because it’s jewelry and it’s masculine. His loving it made me very happy! Thank you for a great piece.

Just wanted to clarify, that I didn’t ignore you. I wasn’t able to reply to your first email right away as my mom just passed away, so replying to customer e-mails, wasn't at the top of my to-do-list. I shipped the item and the tracking shows the item was DELIVERED. Since you indicated that you didn’t get any items (even though tracking shows delivered) I still offered to send both items, again, FREE OF CHARGE, including FREE shipping overseas. I honestly don’t know how that is “not good enough, shocking service”, nor ignoring you. You filed an Etsy claim that Etsy ruled in my favor as items tracking shows delivered. So just wanted to clear that out as getting such a misleading review to future customers is very unfair.
