This worksheet allows you to document 3 days worth of your progress on the 1800-2099 diet plan. It includes boxes to tick off of how many containers you've consumed each day in addition to making sure you're getting your 8 glasses of water a day! It also includes space to write down what you had for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks. You can also track your workouts and tick the box when you complete it!

2) One 8.5x11 Full Size PDF file with a weekly menu planner for the 1800-2099 calorie bracket. This is another way to help you menu plan or meal prep for the week. There is also a spot to plan ahead for which workouts you'd like to do depending on the exercise program of your choice!

3) One 8.5x11 Full Size PDF file of the Measurements and Results tarcker worksheet - Track 2 rounds of any exercise program with space to write your before/after weight and inches around your body before and after completing 2 rounds of your chosen workout program!

Print this off and laminate it to put on your fridge as a reminder of what foods you can eat in each container and specific quantity guidelines for foods that don't quite fit in the container (like a slice of bread!)

5) Picture not shown - but the final pdf file is a blank version of the 21 day diet approved foods list which is a "Shopping list" that you can print off and write the foods from the foods list that you will eat the most to buy from the grocery store!
