I don't currently offer gift wrapping or special packaging, but message me and we can possibly work something out.

Buttons and magnets will come with a backing card if requested. Charms & pins will always be packaged. Packaging entails affixing the item to a piece of printed cardstock and protecting it within a small cello pouch or ziplock bag. Pins will come attached to matching backing cards. Sometimes items will come wrapped with a bit of tissue paper or giftwrap, depending on whether I think it'll protect the item during shipping.

Multiple pin orders will be wrapped in tissue paper for additional padding in their bubble mailer.

Large orders will be packed into a small box to provide better protection during shipping.

Got a favorite character you don't see or want some custom art of your pets? I am totally open to doing custom buttons or illustrations! Just send me a message with details and we can talk about it. I can also negotiate wholesale orders if needed.

Unfortunately I don't have control over the shipping costs for international deliveries. If international shipping seems too expensive, consider splitting an order with some friends to spread out the costs.

I offer combined shipping for a minimal additional fee for most (if not all) things in my shop, so the more you order at once, the better in terms of shipping costs.

All domestic orders for buttons, prints, and charms include tracking and will be shipped in bubble mailers, rigid mailers, or shipping tubes.

Small stickers ship untracked in a kraft paper envelope unless otherwise stated or specifically requested. Bulk sticker orders will include tracking.

For international orders, once they have been picked up by USPS, I have no control over what happens to your package. Tracking is available until the package leaves the US, but after that, please contact your local post office if your package hasn't shown up.

Processing time differs depending on the listing. In some cases I'll ship out your order before the estimated ship date. If you need your order by a specific date, please message me so I can move it up the queue if needed.

I will do my best to make sure everything gets out in a timely manner and I will try to keep you updated if something has come up.

Please contact me ASAP if there is an address change before I've packed and shipped your order so I can update it on my end.

Acrylic charms come with protective plastic on one or both sides to reduce risk of damage in transit. I do my best to remove this plastic film when I'm packing orders, but I may have missed your charm. If the surface appears to have bubbles or scratches, it's most likely the protective film and not the actual charm.

If the film has been removed and there is damage to the underlying charm, I'd be happy to exchange it - please message me if this is the case!
