If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it, please let us know and we will work something out. We want all of our customers to be extremely happy and completely satisfied with their purchase.

We can not be responsible for items lost or damaged by shipping carriers, but will always do our best to help correct any unusual situation arising during shipping.

Items returned for any reason other than workmanship defects are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Items must be returned complete with all accessories, and in the same condition as they were dispatched, in order to receive any refund.

You will not be refunded for the initial cost of shipping the item to you, and must pay your own return shipping.

For divination and readings, all sales are final. Please understand that I take all readings seriously and they do require my full attention and energy. I do not typically allow reading requests involving medical or legal advice, third party affairs that do not directly involve you, or the deceased. I reserve the right to refuse any reading, and will provide you with a refund if we cannot make appropriate arrangements.

Refunds will not be given in the event that your reading has been delivered successfully to you.
